Come and join us on a club ride this Sunday!
Ever wanted to try club riding but didn't know where to start? This Sunday, The Shaftesbury are opening their doors to invite you to come out on our popular Sunday Social. We run three groups of different abilities to satisfy everyone from complete beginner to dedicated racing athlete.
This Sunday our routes take us through the Essex lanes on a loop around Chelmsford. Starting at the Mountnessing Windmill at 9am, the Blacks will head out on an 18mph+ non stop 55 mile loop. The Reds will follow on a 38 mile loop at 16-18mph and the Yellows will take on the same route at 14-16mph. For those that may be worried about being left behind, the Yellows is a no drop ride and we will not leave you behind! After the ride join us for coffee & cake as we refuel at the excellent Windmill Cafe in Mountnessing!
